Founder & Principal Consultant

Jessica is a healthcare operations, population health, and care coordination leader with more than a decade of experience across pediatric population health, managed care, skilled nursing, behavioral health, government programs, and complex care coordination.

Her work has focused on helping individuals navigate complex healthcare systems while helping organizations improve the systems behind that care. By combining clinical social work expertise, business analytics, Lean Six Sigma methodology, and healthcare operations experience, Jessica founded Willowmere Advisory to develop practical, measurable solutions that strengthen healthcare transitions and continuity of care.
